CUT CORE
In this Cut Core Section, the slit coil coming from slitting section are cut to shape. The cutting can be an angle 90° or 45°. It's also can make one or more holes in each lamination, in various positions with a wide range of diameters.
Special software that integrate with machine may also be programmed to cut sequence all the forms required for the carrying out of complete cores for single or three-phase transformers,made with 45° joints or built using step-lap. Cutting procedures are designed to guarantee the final quality of the product, all machines are fitted with carbide cutter knife, burr are checked as well as the dimension of the cut material.
